The 7 mentors selected to lead Mentor Lima are in the top of their field in their respective industries: corporate, manufacturing, small business, non-profit, medical, creative and entrepreneur. Each had their own, special path to success and offer mentees insight into how they go there, what advice worked for them and which skills were most valuable along the way.
You’ll meet once a month with our selected mentors to ask exactly what got them to where they are, how they’ve been successful in business, and what makes them such a powerful leader in their industry. Each mentee will be assigned to a mentor with the duties to find out specific questions that would be most helpful to our group.
Mentor Lima will be held from 5PM-7PM on the second Tuesday of every month beginning March 8th. There will be one informative meeting about the program on Tuesday, February 9th, 5PM-7PM open to all Lima YP Members. There will be 7 monthly mentor events followed by a month off in October where mentees are required to meet with a mentor individually. Our final mentor meeting will be on Tuesday, November 15th (3rd Tuesday), which will be a celebration of completion of the program where the mentees will present to the mentors what they have learned and share the impact the mentors had on their individual development. If a Mentee misses more than the 2 allowed sessions, they will be asked to leave the program.
Mentor Lima is based partially off of Mentor Richmond which charges $745 for their program. Mentor Lima will only have an investment of $50 in its inaugural year and will be open to only 15 members. NO REFUNDS will be given after the start of the program.
